Toques & Truffes is an annual wine and food festival dedicated to the Quercy diamond: the black truffle. An exploration of the beauty of this local, ephemeral and precious delicacy, in harmony with the great Malbecs of the Vigouroux family.
Toques & Truffes is a gourmet and precious effervescence that Christine Vigouroux has been promoting for 12 years, with a passion for highlighting the local natural and gastronomic heritage.
More than a month of varied epicurean and immersive experiences around Tuber Melanosporum (Lalbenque's famous black truffle) are on offer.
To bring this event to life, two venues emblematic of the Malbec art of living are dear to the Vigouroux family: Château de Haute-Serre, whose winegrower's table is selected by the Michelin Guide, and Château de Mercuès, Relais & Châteaux, a 4-star hotel with a Michelin key and gourmet restaurant.
